We wash and clean the fish and then we cut 3 times and place at the cuts bays leaves and slices of lemon. We put basil oil on a bowl and get rosemary and mix, then we spread the oil all over the fish.
We gently place the cloves between bay leaves and lemon slices and then we put the rosemary used inside fish s body.
Garnish with thyme! Our fish is ready to grill. Do not forget to regularly pour basil oil regularly till it’s finely cooked…approximately 15 min!
